1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days. During peak times, delays may occur.
  • Most orders ship Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday at 5 PM typically ship the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a tracking link once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS or USPS, with rates based on package size, weight, and destination. Options include:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 days): Best for hardy plants.
  • Expedited Shipping (1-3 days): Recommended for delicate or high-value plants.

3. Packing & Weather Precautions

  • Plants are securely packed with insulation, heat packs, or cold packs as needed.
  • Large plants (8″+ pots) may be shipped bare-root for safety.
  • Shipments may be held due to extreme weather conditions.

4. US & International Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 states but cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Canada orders ship every 3-4 weeks with a $50 flat fee covering certificates, duties, and shipping.
  • We do not currently ship to the EU. Other international orders require an $80 phytosanitary certificate.

5. Receiving Your Plants

  • Open your package immediately upon arrival.
  • Inspect plants and allow them to acclimate before repotting.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost/Delayed Packages: We assist in tracking issues with carriers.
  • Damaged Plants: Report damages within 24 hours with clear photos of the plant, box, and packing slip.
