  3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
    • I take great care in packaging plants, but I am not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, delays, or mishandling after delivery.
    • If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  4. Plant Health Upon Arrival
    • Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., slight yellowing, small tears, or bent leaves) may occur due to transit and is not eligible for a refund.
    • If your plant arrives severely damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and I will assess the situation.
  5. No Refunds for Customer Handling
    • I am not responsible for plants that decline due to improper care, environmental conditions, or failure to acclimate after arrival.
